Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient handling of goods. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and distribution.
Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow.
Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management of warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse processes.
Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
