Primary Responsibilities: This position is for responsible restoration technicians for fire and water damage remediation. Responsible for responding to fire and water damage emergencies including after hours and on call.
Duties include:
· General Labor
· General Cleaning of construction site
· Smoke Cleaning
· Water mitigation
· Fire clean up
· Contents moving and cleaning, restoration
· Demolition of affected building materials
· Photo and written documentation of project
· Ability to lift heavy equipment
· Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to follow direction, yet take initiative
· Sense of urgency
· Ability to prioritize
· Great work ethic
· Driving company vehicle
· IICRC Certifications a plus but not required
· REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license, pass drug test and background check, and be available on call after hours
