PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

As a part-time co-founder, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network "Built on Autheo" to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth. 
3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January. 

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

POSITION TITLE:

Web3 Content Writer

Location:  Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Web3-savvy Content Writer to create compelling, high-quality content that informs and excites our audience. You will develop narratives around Autheo’s blockchain technology, tokenomics, and campaigns, helping to drive engagement and community growth. This role requires a strong understanding of Web3, the ability to explain complex topics clearly, and a strategic approach to content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with Autheo’s marketing and growth strategies.
• Strategically adjust content output based on campaign priorities.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure messaging aligns with Autheo’s positioning.

Content Creation & Optimization

• Write and publish one Web3-focused high-quality blog article per week, ensuring alignment with brand voice and content strategy. (Currently we’re running our airdrop campaign and we need 3 articles/week to keep the momentum)
• Ensure content is SEO-optimized and tailored for maximum engagement across platforms.
• Work with designers and relevant teams to create multi-format content, including social snippets, infographics, and interactive guides.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create strong connections with the target audience, fostering community and loyalty.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it is accurate, clear, and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Review and revise existing content to enhance performance and relevance.

Engagement & Audience Growth

• Collaborate with digital analyst to monitor and enhance content performance based on data-driven insights.
• Leverage analytics and insights from the digital analyst to refine content strategies and optimize audience engagement.
• Collaborate with different teams in amplifying content through social media, newsletters, and industry partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content writing - particularly in creating long-form blog articles, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain.
• Deep understanding of Web3 topics, including Layer-1 blockchains, tokenomics, DeFi, DAOs, and NFTs.
• Good knowledge of content creation platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Ability to write developer-friendly content (experience with SDKs, APIs, or Web3 integrations is a plus).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts in an engaging way.
• Proficient in SEO principles and best practices, with experience in working closely with SEO teams.
• Proficiency with content management systems and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
