Job Description

Whether it’s booking hotels, flights, cruises, sporting events, concerts, theme park tickets, or exciting excursions, you’ll be at the heart of creating personalized travel plans for clients. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and destinations, tailoring travel plans that suit their needs and budget.
  • Booking & Research: Book hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, theme park tickets, and other activities. Research and prepare itineraries that include detailed costs and optional travel insurance.
  • Quote Preparation: Create professional, detailed quotes for clients that outline the full cost of their trip.
  • Supplier Interaction: Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm reservations, secure the best rates, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Payment & Ticketing: Collect credit card payments securely and distribute electronic tickets for travel and events.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Promote travel services through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and participate in community events to engage potential clients.

Qualifications:
