Job Description

Our client, a highly reputable investment firm, is looking to hire an Administrative Receptionist for their NJ office. The candidate will play an essential role in the front office support while providing administrative assistance to ensure the efficiency of daily office operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate individual and ensuring a timely response
  • Greet and assist visitors, serving as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring the reception area is organized
  • Maintain conference room calendars
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events as needed
  • Execute expense reports and data entry
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure A/V equipment is set up and functioning properly for meetings
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies 
  • Liaise with building management and outside vendors
  • Assist with mail 
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff
  • Help with ongoing other job-related duties as needed (e.g. onboarding / off-boarding, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Organized and great attention to detail
  • Extremely reliable and flexible
  • Possesses a positive attitude and responsive to employee requests
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of challenges and responsibilities
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2+ years of applicable experience
SALARY
$55-$65K (DOE) + Paid OT + Discretionary Bonus Opportunity +Excellent   Benefits

HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm (DOE) + Flexibility if needed (this role has a hybrid schedule)
