Key Responsibilities: This list highlights primary duties but is not exhaustive.
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a Med/Surg setting, focusing on those requiring medical or surgical management without telemetry.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens.
- Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
