About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Trainer to join the OUAI team. In this role, you will assist in the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs across all channels. As a key contributor, you will ensure OUAI’s products and services are consistently and effectively represented while enhancing the skills and knowledge of our teams to drive sales growth through impactful education
What You’ll Do:
Lead the development and delivery of all OUAI education training materials.
Manage day-to-day training programs with direction and guidance from the Senior Director of Global Education.
Create and continuously update engaging training programs, materials, and resources to align with brand standards and reflect new products, techniques, and industry trends.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to support diverse learning needs.
Work across global time zones to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders effectively.
Present to audiences of varying sizes, delivering a professional and on-brand experience.
Demonstrate product applications, techniques, and best practices to ensure thorough understanding and effective usage.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide constructive coaching and feedback to enhance participants’ skills and performance.
Partner with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align training materials with brand messaging and strategic initiatives.
Support new product launches with targeted training sessions and resources.
Travel extensively across the country to deliver training sessions, support retail partners, participate in events, and conduct field training as needed.
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of experience in training, education, or a related field, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of hair care and beauty products, with a passion for the brand's mission and offerings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in developing training materials using various formats (videos, manuals, e-learning).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and training sessions simultaneously.
Travel 60% locally and across the country to deliver training sessions, support retail partners, events and field training as needed.
Creative mindset and willingness to explore innovative training techniques and technologies.
Annual Base Salary: $90 - 110k (based on experience + yearly bonus potential)
