Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, follow-ups and assigned tasks from company executives
Coordinate activities of external sales, marketing, creative and production freelancers
Implement organic and paid digital and social marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Analyze and optimize marketing strategies using Google Analytics and other performance tracking toolsUtilize database marketing for list building and targeted outreach and engagement
Manage multiple websites
Provide detailed reports on websites, social media sites and campaign performance and ROISupport website management (experience with Wix, Shopify, WordPress preferred)Assist in CRM platform management (Zoho, Constant Contact, etc.)Maintain organized project management and coordinate tasks effectively

Technical Skills & Experience
✔ Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)✔ Proficiency in analytics & data-driven marketing (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)✔ Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit)✔ Basic programming/hacking knowledge (a major plus but not required)✔ Experience in content management systems (Wix, Shopify, WordPress)✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Constant Contact, or similar)
