Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain scheduling for appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely manner
Organize files, documents, and other administrative paperwork
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
Conduct research and compile information for various projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
