Are you looking to land an entry-level apprentice plumber job?

CourseCareers is a 4-week online program that trains students on how to become apprentice plumbers and then provides support with landing their first apprenticeship. Best of all, you don't need to have any previous experience or a degree.

On average, you can expect to make around $45,000 in your first year, depending on your location, and be on track to make over $80,000 after receiving your licensing.

Qualifications

  • Motivated to start a high-paying career in plumbing

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • No prior experience required

  • No prior certifications or degrees required

  • Authorized to work in the U.S./Green Card Holder. You can live in any city in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Pipe Installation and Repairs such pipes for water, gas, and drainage systems under the supervision of a licensed plumber.

  • Learning to Read Blueprints and Technical Drawings

  • Handling Tools and Equipment, including wrenches, pipe cutters, and soldering equipment.

  • Maintaining job site cleanliness and safety to prevent workplace hazards is a key responsibility.

  • Troubleshooting Plumbing Issues – Apprentices learn to identify common plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and pipe corrosion, and assist in finding solutions.

  • Assisting with Fixture Installation such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
