We are an award-winning swimming pool service, renovation, and installation company servicing Norfolk, Bristol, & Plymouth since 2002. You'll work closely with our experienced crew leaders to provide top-notch pool service to our clients. Requirements:

• Punctuality: Must be able to report to Norton facility at 7:00am Monday-Saturday for daily operations.
• Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week April - November.
• Valid Driver's License: for operating a designated work vehicle.
• Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Working Conditions: Direct exposure to the sun.
• Mobile Device: Must own a smart phone with access for your time tracking and communications.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating work-related software devices.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and appearance.
• Utilize hand and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their pool needs.
• Assist team member's at the end of the day to ensure no one is left behind.
• Maintain a cleanly workspace on customer property and in the company vehicle
