Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Assistant to support our event planning team in executing successful events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with logistics, coordinating vendors, managing event materials, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, product launches, and social gatherings.
• Help with event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
• Manage event materials, such as signage, promotional items, and guest lists.
• Provide on-site support during events, handling registrations, guest assistance, and problem-solving.
• Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Perform other administrative and organizational duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
