Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. We are looking for both parttime and fulltime team members! As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and be part of a dynamic team.
Duties:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions
Process reservations and manage room assignments
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications :
Previous experience in guest relations or hotel industry is preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus
Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management
Familiarity with night audit procedures is an asset
Proficient in operating phone systems and handling phone etiquette
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
