The Guest Service Agent at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay at our hotel. They will handle check-ins and check-outs, answer guest inquiries, and assist with any needs they may have during their stay. Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with any inquiries
• Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
