POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations and ensure the effective

implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves handling employee

relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR

Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting

the company’s strategic goals.

OBJECTIVES

● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company’s strategic goals.

● Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for employee relations, handling conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

● Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

● Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

● Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.

● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

● Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.

● Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices and documentation meet legal and regulatory standards.

● Oversee the administration of employee records, benefits, and compensation programs.

● Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues.

● Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with

the organization’s values.

● Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.

● Ability to effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and issues to

employees and management.

● Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees,

managers, and external stakeholders.

● Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex HR issues.

● Strong sense of ethics and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive

information.

● Commitment to maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.

● Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration software.

● Competence in developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the

organization’s strategic direction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

● Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk during working hours
