What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start in-person around January 2025 and requires at least a 12 week committment. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week in-person. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
What You'll Do Own the management and administration of software systems including survey systems (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia)Collaborate with IT Applications Developers to automate data projects between systemsBuild reporting and dashboards in systemsOptimize tools to extract the most critical insights for various internal audiences
What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, informational systems, informational sciences, data analytics, business or equivalentExperience in programming projects in software platforms, ideally survey projects using survey software platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia)Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting prioritiesSelf-starter who is able to take initiative to drive resultsFamiliarity with JIRA or other IT ticket systemsExperience with supervised machine learning and building sentiment analysis query strings a plusHTML knowledge a plus

Expected Compensation
$24.04 - $33.65/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
