Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team. As a Licensed Plumber at Anerrows LLC., you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Provide emergency repair services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 1 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
