Job Title: Primary Care Physician – PACE Program

Overview:
Safro Staffing is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join a compassionate care team serving elderly participants in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) , located within Day Health Centers in the Pittsburgh area.
This rewarding opportunity combines the autonomy of primary care with the collaborative nature of a truly interdisciplinary approach. As a core provider in the PACE model, you’ll help ensure that older adults—whose health challenges interfere with daily living—receive the holistic care they need to continue living safely and independently in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate comprehensive primary care for PACE participants
Conduct initial and ongoing participant assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs)
Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings
Rotate in shared on-call coverage
Deliver both facility-based and in-home care as needed
Requirements:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Pennsylvania Medical License and DEA Registration
Minimum of 1 year of experience in geriatric care preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel
