As a Product Manager at Moen, you'll be the go-to expert for our shower product line, focusing on major retailers. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning and market analysis to product launches and discontinuations. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and execute a 3-year product plan, drive revenue and margin through pricing strategies, and ensure our products align with brand objectives. You'll also provide critical input for situation analysis, lead cross-functional product development teams, and partner with Channel Marketing to establish go-to-market strategies.
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, ideally with an MBA. You should have at least five years of product management experience, preferably in the consumer/durable goods industry. Strong analytical skills, teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP is required. You should also be ready to travel approximately 15%, mainly to customer locations.
This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week in office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
