Sr. CPA
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial CPA with prior experience in establishing and growing the business of a CPA firm with primary focus in individual / business tax, CFO services & accounting space. Professional services support to clients is a key area of focus for our company as it grows its North America business This position provides an opportunity to develop and expand this service line.
The position will report to the Vice President / Director and will lead a small CPA firm. This director will take over a running business and grow it further with the help of corporate support for business development, client contacts, and administration. We're looking for an experienced, young, dynamic individual who has the drive to grasp this opportunity and grow the business up the value chain with corporate support. The individual should be capable of working independently with a very client-centric approach.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the operations of a CPA business with an emphasis on individual tax, business tax and accounting for small businesses.
Take over an established business and grow with existing and new clients, ensure steady and timely support to the clients.
Be part of a larger vision of the Organization to grow the US market in this space.
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with clients and display a client-centric approach at all times. Core Competencies:

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A certified CPA with 10+ years of experience in the tax & accounting space in / around Chicago
Prior experience in providing support to clients / CPA firm and running smooth operations for existing clients.
Prior experience in Business development / growing existing business is desired & will be an added advantage.
Excellent client management skills.
Confident, dynamic, well-spoken individual with a penchant for running operations & maintaining client relationships
Team mgmt experience (2-4 team members)
