Senior Instructional Designer Description

We are looking for a remote Senior Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design engaging and interactive learning experiences using innovative learning strategies and methodologies. You will write clear and concise learning objectives and content, use multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences, and design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and programs
• Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences
• Write clear and concise learning objectives and content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders
• Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of e-learning solutions
• Ensure e-learning solutions align with the needs of the target audience and the business objectives of our clients

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Instructional Design or related field
• Expertise in designing and developing e-learning courses and programs
• Proficiency in using multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences and design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
• Experience in collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders
• Strong ability to write clear and concise learning objectives and content
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in English language with a C2 level of competency for effective communication
