Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! The Role: Blue Compass RV has an exciting opportunity to join our Shared Service Center’s staff accounting team! This is an entry-level accounting position that will enable you to learn the ins and outs of almost every department in our company. You will have the opportunity to both work closely with your team as well as complete individual tasks monthly. Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and audit sales documentation submitted by multiple dealerships daily.
• Reconciling and applying payments for the sale of RVs.
• Calculating sales and finance commissions.
• Miscellaneous reporting for management.
• Responsible for the aging and reconciliation of A/R Balance Sheet accounts.
• Opportunity to assist in the closing of company financials at month-end.
• Monthly Bonus included.
• 1-2 years staff accountant experience preferred but not required.

• 1-2 years of staff accountant experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
