Job Description



Shippeo is seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Project Manager to join our North American Operations team.
This role presents a unique opportunity to play a key role in our North American expansion by developing and maintaining seamless technical integrations with carriers and customers. For the right candidate, this position offers the chance to accelerate your career in a fast-growing, dynamic company within the expanding field of supply chain management and logistics.

Role overview:

As part of the integration team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business teams. You will oversee all inbound and outbound data flows, including load tenders, milestones, GPS data, and other critical information across multiple transport modes (road, ocean, rail, air).

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple integration projects with carriers, partners, and customer

  • Design technical interfaces and oversee their implementation with the development team

  • Innovate and refine processes to improve the quality, speed, and automation of technical integrations

  • Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation and support materials for internal teams

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot incidents as needed

  • Monitor production integrations using KPIs and dashboards

  • Serve as a technical expert to ensure the success of our customers

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with at least four years of relevant experience

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies, including ETL processes, API integrations, and EDI ANSI X12 messages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, collaborative team player who can take initiative, build consensus, and work effectively across technical and business teams
