Job description:
· Implement and manage meter reading schedules and methods, including manual readings, automated meter reading (AMR), and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI).
· Oversee the entire lifecycle of devices, from procurement to decommissioning
· Ensure devices are accurately tracked and managed in the SAP system
· Coordinate the installation and commissioning of devices, ensuring proper setup and integration.
· Integrate SAP Device Management with SAP FSM to streamline field service operations
· Daily data monitoring to ascertain smooth functioning of business such as monitoring of meter read upload process to ascertain reads have been uploaded successfully or monitoring of queues to ensure data has been transferred successfully between SAP ISU and SAP FSM.
