Summary :
Our company in Middleton, WI is seeking a reliable and efficient Truck Loader to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and products onto trucks in a timely and organized manner, ensuring that all shipments are accurately prepared for delivery. This position requires attention to detail, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule :

5:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay :

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper arrangement of goods for transport, including securing items to prevent damage during transit
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling products and operating machinery
• Inspect shipments for any damage or discrepancies. Report any issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse or loading environment is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
