Salary: $20 / Hour Job Title: After-School Behavior Technician Location: Boys and Girls Club, Orange County, CA Work Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Shifts are available Monday through Friday. Pay Rate: $25/hour Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our after-school program team. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the program. + Assist students with homework and academic enrichment activities. + Organize and facilitate recreational and creative activities. + Promote positive social interactions and address any behavioral issues. + Implement behavior management strategies to support positive behavior. + Monitor and document student behavior and progress. + Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff. + Maintain a clean and organized program environment. + Adhere to all program policies and procedures. Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience working with children is preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Enthusiastic and positive attitude. + Experience with behavior management techniques. + ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) certification is required.
