Job Description

Description We are looking for a Fractional UX Research Leader to join our client's team on a part-time basis in San Francisco, California. You will help lay the foundation for a best-in-class user experience. This is a strategic, high-impact role - you won't be conducting research just yet, but instead, you'll be defining what research should look like across their product ecosystem. This is a fractional leadership role and ideal for someone who's led UX Research at scale and is excited to shape the future of mobility. You'll work closely with design, product, and engineering leaders to: + Evaluate early product concepts + Define what needs to be measured and why + Create a comprehensive UX research roadmap + Recommend tools, methodologies, and team structure What You'll Do: + Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand product vision and user touchpoints + Audit current design and development efforts to identify research needs + Develop a strategic UX research plan (what to measure, how, and when) + Recommend frameworks, tools, and processes for future research + Advise on hiring and scaling the UX Research team Requirements + 10+ years of UX Research experience, with leadership-level impact + Proven success in early-stage product definition + Experience in apps is a must (automotive, mobility, or connected devices a plus) + Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods + Ability to work autonomously and influence at the executive level + Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
