About the Internship
TAAF is excited to offer an internship program that will provide participants with challenging, meaningful, and real-world experience. Participants will support departments on a variety of high-stakes projects related to administrative support, process development and improvement, and project management. In addition to having a dedicated mentor, participants will receive access to leadership and professional growth activities to gain valuable career experience in a fast paced startup environment focused on social change. Interns working in communications and marketing will be the storytellers behind our mission—shaping narratives that spark interest, crafting content that clicks across social and digital platforms, and pushing the boundaries of how we connect, share, and inspire.
Interns will collaborate and present a deep dive at the end of their internship to the greater TAAF team on their findings and recommendations. Our ideal intern will believe in working strategically with transparency and accountability, embrace a culture of learning, work respectfully with compassion, kindness and gratitude, and seek to be inclusive and collaborative in decision-making.
