Job Description:
We are seeking a Designer to provide design and art direction support during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will work across multiple beauty brands, supporting innovation launches, e-commerce, merchandising, and digital assets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with global brand experience , proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and able to deliver marketing-ready assets at a high standard.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Partner with two Creative Directors to support innovation launches across beauty brands.
Execute design and art direction for e-commerce, merchandising, and social media projects.
Develop layouts, manage project timelines, and release final files.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and are production-ready (DMIs).
Collaborate with external partners, managing timelines for post-production of stills and video.
Act as part of an in-house creative agency, supporting global execution of innovation projects.
Research and ideate creative vision for assigned brands (Biolage, Mizani, Pureology).
