Job Title: Buffet Breakfast Attendant
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Buffet Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Hampton Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring a clean and inviting breakfast area for our guests. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or issues to management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and serving areas after each guest use.
Assist in the breakdown and cleaning of the breakfast area at the end of service.
Skills And Qualifications
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
