Our LATAM Operations is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are currently recruiting for a Bi-lingual Spanish/English Python Developer. This person will support teams in both Latin and North America. Position requires written and spoken fluency in both languages and is a must.

Although the work will be performed from a home-based office, we would like the incumbent to be based out of the Mexico City Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English/Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of applicable experience in Python programming and web-development utilizing Django framework.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, engineering or related field; Masters Degree a plus. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Proficiency in Django for building web applications including experience with Django ORM, middleware, and template engines.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with version control systems such as GIT.
• Expertise in PL SQL is highly desired.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Redis, Docker, etc. is desirable.
• Reports Development utilizing Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI Publisher highly desired.
• Any experience with Oracle Primavera products such as P6, Unifier, Primavera Cloud, Primavera analytics, OACS etc. a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA) is a plus.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experienced and comfortable in a client facing or consulting role.
• Work closely with the team to analyze operational data, identify potential issues, and proactively initiate resolution strategies.
• Perform end-user training.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
