**Recruiter - $60k-$90k depending on experience - Gridley, IL (Hybrid or Remote)**
**Overall Responsibility:**
As a Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience that aligns with our company's goals and values.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
**Talent Acquisition:**
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
**Candidate Screening and Evaluation:**
- Review resumes and applications to identify the best-qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
**Interview Coordination:**
- Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and selection processes.
- Collect and analyze interview feedback to support decision-making.
**Offer Management and Onboarding:**
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments.
**Employer Branding:**
- Promote the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition through recruitment marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online forums to enhance visibility.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
**Compliance and Reporting:**
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Analyze metrics and trends to improve recruitment effectiveness and processes.
**Skills Required:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Experience recruiting in a specific industry or niche (e.g., manufacturing, tech, healthcare).
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
- Passion for finding and connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
**Training:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (1-3 years for entry-level, 3-5 years for mid-level).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to attend events or meet candidates.
- May involve remote work or hybrid arrangements, depending on company policy.
